1978 Hand-Wired 18-Watt Traynor
I just cracked the case on the old 1978 Traynor YGM-3 that I bought a year or two ago. It looks completely stock and very clean, with a decent compliment of 'Mustard' capacitors and a few 'Chicklets' (they look more like chunks of yellow Bubble-liscious- lol). Not bad for a couple hundred bucks. (4) 12AX7, (2) EL-84, Hammond transformers w/ almost no oxidation, switchable (crappy) tube reverb, and switchable tube tremolo. Someone put an Eminence Legend speaker in it.

It sounds 'Fender-y' at low volumes, but when cranked, really does scream like a British lead amp should! I can't wait to try it thru my 8-ohm THD Hotplate w/ stereo effects!

Who better to demo this amp than J.D. Simo, about 6 months ago on his gear blog?

He puts it thru it's paces about half way through the video. Wow.
