It seems like I remember Dave talking in an interview that he contracts a company to make his amps. Any idea who it is? They seem to do great work, I was just curious.

No they don't. Some of those companies, they are just importers. Or they build the pedals. Or just the headshells or cabs. It's not like they're building Diezels or Bogners or Morgans. The amps are made by those companies and B.A.D handles some of the logistics.
