you measure it with the ground on one side, and each pin on the other side.

i have to put - on the ground and + on each pin and make 3 measures, and every measure must be 5.19 V

sorry, i really don't know which fuzz you're tweaking. so, a brown wire doesn't mean anything to me ^^
you should show it in pictures perhaps.
and yes, three measures on each. but i think that one measure on each transistor is what you want to see. so 5,19 ... yes and no, voltages will differ.
