Noisy power supply adapter

Hey guys! So I've got an oddball here... My power supply is Noisy... Yes I know what you're thinking " probably just a cheap Noisy psa & there is noise in the filtering or something". Well the problem is that it is THE power supply that is making some buzzing, almos like a small motor is Rolling Inside the adapter. Anyone have an idea what it might be? ( I'll probably just get a new one)

Bad transformer inside... Still, with a good filtration it can work very silent.
