T-Rex stomp boxes......

Post by bvmjethead » Wed Jan 26, 2005 1:12 am

Anybody tried these yet?

I played through some of them at Alpha Music in Virginia Beach.

The Replica delay was my favorite followed by the Comp Nova compressor and the Beta Vibe.

They are expensive but to me they were worth it, sounded great.

$1000 for those 3 pedals!

Damn Alpha Music is still there? Are they still on that road behind Mt. Trashmore(can't think of the name right now)? Who does the guitar tech work there now? I was in the area from 94-97 when I lived in Chesapeake.

Alpha Music is now about 10 miles from Mt. Trashmore on Virginia Beach Blvd.

I don't know who's doing guitat tech work there now, I take my guitars to Fret Not up in Denbigh.

The Mudhoney is very cool too. It is like a very vintagey overdrive/fuzz that you can kick into the stratossphere with the boost button. I mean the things is wicked with the boost on! Cool! :D
