I was messing around with the digital camera and thought that I would chime in and post some pictures of my gear.

Nice rig. Whats the rack unit above the ART unit and below your power conditioner?

It's a Hush IIXC. I run the JMP-1 into it before going into the ART. I have it set pretty soft so it still cuts out all the noise before hitting any effects but doesn't alter the original sound.

I have a bunch of other rack crap, but I narrowed it down to the bare essentials. Plus I was tired of lugging around a 12 space rack!!

Necrovore...I also dabble in the dark metal....what band are you in?

Other then the added sound and bass how does playing through a full stack sound compared to a half stack? Thats something Ive never done.

Billy.....I have my gear set up in stereo, so I can split the cabs up to get some interesting sounds (ping pong delays, panning flanger). All of course are completely useless in real life. Plus that way I am running each channel through 4 speakers instead of 2 to get more balls out of it. I can't really think of any other reasons besides the bottom having more bass, plus the fact that it looks cool having them there :)

I would like to sell my slant cabinet some day and purchase 3 more bottoms. I prefer the way they sound compared to the tops. Why is that? Is it because of the extra space or the board the speakers are mounted to is one piece?
