Ha Ha, funny stuff about crawling around on the floor looking for the component. I've had to do that alot as well. Alway's found it !

I'm not sure where to get those screws (i'm missing a few here and there myself). I'd first try a Hardware store, and if you dont find them there try Small Bear or another pedal parts type store.

Just a brief sidetrack...does anyone know where I can find replacement screws for the back plate on the MXR Distortion + and MXR Phase 90? I've only got two on my Phase 90 and my Distortion +...

Try 6/32 size screws - 3/8'' long with countersunk phillips head.

LOL, I was like it has to be here I heard it hit the wood flooring. It was driving me nuts! An hour later I found it had bounced off the floor 8" onto the top of a book on the counter shelving where I was standing.

I'm new here to the forum and could really use some help. I need to find a replacement volume pot for my Distortion II pedal. It doesn't have to be original spec, just the proper type pot to do the job (i.e. 500K CTS pot?). Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated!

If you have a multi meter you can measure it yourself and know for certain.
