i have a bunch of pre amp tubes i need opinions on. thanks

Means nothing without pics. The EI's are great tubes but prone to microphony. The rest could be just about anything.

Every possibility that the JAN Philips could either be a great tube, or a shitty relabelled late Sylvania tube (NOT made in the old Sylvania plant)

The Baldwin tube is just as likely to be an old, real Sylvania, but the shape of the plates should give that away.

The rest, who knows...

I've seen alot of Mullards with this label. But, unless you can find some philips codes etched into the tubes, pictures are essential.
