Wow, I could literally buy about 15 pairs of "new" tubes for the price of that pair.

I missed that! I did see that somebody was using the word QUAD in their listings, even when it was a single or a pair.

The auction was a BIN price, it's gone now and I didn't note the item number, but it was a quad pictured/described when I looked at it. Another that's gone now was a pair (used but tested strong) for $159, I almost jumped on that one for my JTM45, but I don't know how much some of the stuff I need for my Super PA project will cost yet, so I let it slide..........
