New EL34 Mullard Reissue
Anybody tried these valves and how do they compare with the rest of the line-up.
May the good Lord take a liking to you!

I like them myself. But the price sucks. Is it worth twice the cash for a 15% improvement over normal Svetlanas? Choose for yourself.
I am worried about one thing, I send a "matched" quad to JF and they were over 10mA out of spec right out of the box. I sure as hell don't call that "matched".
All of the sets that I have installed have been well matched and reliable, so hopefully those were a fluke.
Or maybe I just need to buy that Maxi Matcher I've been looking at and stop relying on NS to match stuff.

Yep like George says they do sound REAL sweet, real old style fill, with a ****** drake otp in my 67 clone SL they remind me of kt66s (just a little) its like having a jtm45 with more watts and more distortion.
