The ones that I have seen have been RFTs. Maybe they re-branded others... I'm not sure.

Some Zaerix tubes are also re-branded Mullards, and Mazda's.
May also be others.
Without pics, it's impossible to say.
So I like purple, okay!!!!!!

I've only ever seen them on Siemens EL34s, but I'm sure they rebranded all sorts of tubes.

Would $34.00 NIB be a fair price

Hi,
Siemens never made EL34.
They came from Mullard/Valvo.
In the 80th Siemens EL34 came from RFT Mühlhausen.
After 1990 came this from EI / Jugoslavia

That depends on what they are and how they test. NIB doesn't necessarily mean that they test well. Are we talking $34 per tube? $34/tube for a new testing RFT is a fair price, if that's what we're talking about. You'd have to post pics, or a link, or a good description...

People are generally referring to RFT EL34s when they say Siemens.

My 1970 Carlsbro TC60 has Zaerix el34s. Made in the former GDR i.e E Germany they are slighly narrower than a Mullard el34 but well made and sound great.
