Re: 6x12 cab build
I have "decided" on using all greenbacks from warehouse speakers. (sorry scumback, fundage low) but currently a mix of v30's and some really bad celestion et65's. sounds decent at clean but distorted its hurting. Need those new greenbacks asap. Ill have photos and prob video from the upcoming show on saturday

Did you order the Greenberet's already? I bought 4 of them a few years ago. With a little break in they are actually pretty good. Initially they will seema little bright, but mellow out pretty good..72fetter wrote:I have "decided" on using all greenbacks from warehouse speakers. Re: 6x12 cab build
well why the hell do you think jim marshall insisted on splitting the original 8x12 cabs, not worth it in my opinion, just use a 4x12 and a 2x12 and there you go 6x12.........use 1/2 inch and the bloody thing is liable to fall apart...but then again hernia's rock too.

Bet you get some big chunky bass with the internal volume of the cab.
