What does CHINA have to do w/ production of CELESTIONS NOW??

As of mid 2005 I think it was Celestion begin either sending their pre fabed or partially prepped?? Celestion speakers to China for final construction OR vice verse?? I never did get the final story on this one

Could someone shine a light on this subject and simply explain what CHINA has to do with the production of ALL CELESTION speakers now and what this means sonically and fabrication wise to the speakers themselves. ?? Are they still on top of it?
