Unusual Build

Post by neikeel » Mon Oct 02, 2017 4:25 pm

I am sure it sounds better than it looks under the hood?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Handwired-Mar ... 0005.m1851

£750 is quite a full price for a build of this type.

Is that a regulated power supply for dc heaters (hence different V1 heater wire)?

Sorry for the necro but i wonder what the buyer would give for my JTM 45? The seller did well either way as its a bit of a messy build from the looks of things

Working on a 100w version with a TAD PT (180-0-180) and either DR103 original OT or a fatter Douglas (2" stack with same Ra etc)

Thank you. The chassis was made by a professional electronics enclosure firm in Mildenhall, so not far from me. They did them as a favour for me as I had helped someone there but they can do commercial runs in the usual manner. They can make whatever you want in whatever quantity. My son did the CADs for these as part of a school project.
