You said the problem went away for a little while and then returned. I know this may sound simplified, but is there any particular time of day/night that something is turned on or off in your house i.e. other electronics. Also, have you tried different outlets to see if there is a difference in the noise? I've seen bad house grounds make amps do weird things. Also, voltages vary from time to time, with people cooking in the afternoon to you name it during the day. Try taking the amp to a friends house and see if it does it there also.
I know what your going thru is hell, I went thru an ordeal for a month, doing all the norms for trouble shooting with no success, and just out of luck I found the PTP board was bad itself, I couldn't beleive it. But that's my kinda luck! I'm the only one in the universe who could possibly get a defective board. Think that won't play havoc on a rooky amp builder! I don't remember if you've been asked this, but have you checked for DC voltage at all your pot wipers?
May the good Lord take a liking to you!

For FLAMES:
The amplifier seems normally to ring, in fact it starts twisting to fast volumes. However the noise I hear does not at all give nuisance while one rings. However I would like to try to move at least one of the FILTER CAPS from he registers her below.

PS: could it be that there is something that he does from aerial?

For RICKY LEE:

The problem remains at any time and in other places.

Do you think that he can be the board itself? Or some component?

What do you understand for the test which you say to make?

THANKS TO ALL GUYS!

I have moved the two filter caps to the PT side internal to chassis and rewired is.
The problem is slightly attenuate, but not disappear.
I think we have a problem of receiver/antenna, why is sensible to many things, for example the PC laptop.
