Feedback issue

Alright my first jtm-45 is done. I have runn into a problem. When I crank up the gain on channel one it does not feedback but it oscilates. It only happens on channel one as channel two has no issues. If I just plug a jumper between channel on and two it oscilates as well. Just random high pitched oscilating, no motorboating of any kind. I also I have a plexi50 that does this with everything cranked to 10.

Do you have the 5.6K resistors on the power tubes?

Are the wires on the input jack long, also keep wires from the pots away from the input wires.
