I've just got my retrograde kit and have decided to replace the OT at the same time.
Can anyone tell me a little bit about the sound of the various OT's?
Also should I be replacing the choke? If so what value? and will it be a bolt in replacement for the stock one?

The choke is the 7H found on Metro's site - Anytime you xchange the stock tranny on todays Marshall's, to one of Metro's, your gonna see a noticable difference for the better!
