JTM 45 Transformers Marstran or Metro

I am gearing up for a 45 build. Which transformer do you guys reccomend and what are the tonal differences between the Marstran and Metro? I have metro chassis and panels.

Either to be totally honest!
If not buying in a kit I would go for Marstran, but my 45 has Metro trannies and they are keepers!
Also consider what tones you are after Drake or RS OT?

Is the B+ on the two transformers the same?
