It seems no one offers one anymore. Ceriatone was the last I knew of and they are gold only now. I know the Metor and Sparky options on Valvestorm are gold.
Anyone have a source? It seems I put my build off for way too long.

I have just got one from Modulus amps in the UK for a current build.
They can custom make any Faceplate to your design.
