Hi guys, new to this forum, I'm planning a JTM 45 scratch build and was wondering if you guys have recommendations about adding a master volume, what type, how to implement it (or better not to...?)?
What's the word...?

Any advice and opinions appreciated, thanks!
Stephan

Hi,
IMHO, I've been very pleased with my PPIMV.
I used the instructions found on this forum.

I tweaked the meg resistors and got the thing
to 1% of 220k on both pots, but I'm kinda of particular
about that kinda stuff. I think it's a very welcome addition.
:)

Nice thing about experimenting is what you learn and
with the exception of drilling holes in the chassis that can't be
undone most everything else can!

I can help if you with question, let me know.

The PPIV Master is a great addition.
All the way up, out of the circuit. To me it's a no-brainer, and so inexpensive.
Having tried both the standard Rich Mod, and the Lar-Mar, I prefer the former.
To each their own, but neither will break the bank or your amp!

Thanks for that!
I'll give that a shot!
