Jerry,

My cousin has been making a living off flipping concert tickets on ebay for years now. Rich parents paying for their spoiled childrens good seats.

hey tubez yeah its a racket. To bad no one knows what we are talking about because the post has been moved twice now,. Ive always hated the scalper thing because even if your friend gets them through legal means, it creates a market for people like at the old Music PLus stores to keep the public out for an extra five minutes while they score the best seats only to re sell them to people who waited all night for tix. thats my only point.

Jerry,

I guess he is a scalper but he has a great system. He follows big national acts and where they are playing. Certain artists sell out in certain areas so he knows which shows will be easy to move tickets. He logs onto ticketmaster and keeps refreshing till he can get good seats. He eventually does and usually buys them in pairs to make anywhere from $100 to $150 profit per pair. Sometimes less and sometimes more. I think he cleaned up with some Britney Spears tickets a few years back. He puts in maybe 15-20 hrs work in per week and probably makes anywhere from $800 to $1000 a week profit. Only in the good ole USA... I like a fool work hard for shit pay.
