What preamp tubes did you actually end up with Mark? I got totally lost in all the gigantic threads and never found out...

12AX7WA Sylvania's that Ed supposedly used are going cheap on eBay right now, if you don't already have some you might aswell get some now. Just don't bid on the ones I'm bidding on! (eBay user ID = bainzy)

Just got a NOS one for £4.99 on ebay with original box

I was pretty chuffed to win that one, I kept forgetting about it and was going to put a higher bid in just before it finished, and I missed the end of the auction. I can't believe nobody else bid, but I'm extremely glad they didn't!

NOS at the nicest prices....
