1st amp i have ever built decided to try the mod 5 , tell me what you guys think
kramer 5150 replica 78sd pup
evh stealth 4x12
metro 50 watt build
lower filtering and yada yada yada changes you see on here in vh section
VERB ADDED IN PRO TOLLS NO POST PROCESSING !!!!

Sound very nice! Never played a Mod 5. How does it respond to your fingers?

its awesome !!!! so easy and addicting to play . so squishy n chewy and there are so many tones you can get out of it , this is not done by mark , i built this and tweaked by ear to try and capture the tone , thanks for listening there a blast to play

Hey tops sounds good. The second clip sounded the closest to me. I think it would sound closer (again the 2nd clip) if you rolled off the gain some

i wish i could play half as good as most the guys on this site !!! but oh well its about the tone i am after and i love learning to play and build

i know when mark recorded his mod 5 he did 3 tracks on protools and drenched one with verb thats why it sounded so huge , and the fact he was a monster player !!!!

thanks its getting there i just gotta get the recording right , mic placement is everything with the mod 5 recording i am close but i will get even closer , somehow some way lol
