...that can be programmed by importing a midi drum track, and can export the drums as a decent sounding wav file.

any suggestions?

alternatively, what if I could send someone the midi file I need drums for and they could use their drum program that isn't free to make a wav file for me?

I've already managed to convert the track, but I still need a decent means of doing it on my own to get some quality drum sounds for future projects. I don't mind if it's wav or mp3, i can convert mp3 to wav.

Does your mixer in windows have the option in record properties called "record what you hear"?

If it does, select that , arm an audio track, then record it while playing the midi file.
