using cubase sx3, i want to have a mostly straight signal on one channel & add reverb& pan it to the opposite channel. i have been creating a second duplicate track, panning it off, adding reverb & turning down the slider. is there a better/easier way to achieve this? i kind of wish i just had a reverb plugin with a pan control!

Are you duplicating the entire track(ie: with the audio and all)?
Best way is porbably to create a send to an FX channel. Then put the reverb across the insert on the FX channel and pan the FX channel whatever way you want. I never add reverb to the channel containing the audio. Always use an FX channel. Then set the reverb to 100% wet, and you can then control the reverb volume by turning the FX channel volume up or down.
Sorry if this is already what you are doing but it was slightly unclear from what you said.
