My first clip was my '96 LP Studio, with a HighOrder 8.3K AlNiCo2 in the bridge slot and a HighOrder 7.6K AlNiCo3 in the neck, 500K CTS pots with Auricap .022uF's done in vintage wiring..........no pedals.
My Metro '66 JTM45/100 clone, with all carbon comp resistors (the noise was starting to come around after sitting cranked for a while!) original SoZo's, BC electrolytics, George's trannies, PEC pots........tubes were a Brimar ECC83 in V1, Telefunken ECC83's in V2 and V3, GT KT66HP's biased at 28-29mA, 530VDC on the plates............Ran unattenuated into both my 4x12's, the close-miked speaker was a Weber 30-watt Silver Bell, the mike sitting back further would have captured the Bells and the '94 Greenback RI's (2 of each in the miked cab.) Close miking was a Shure SM57, further back a CAD condenser I used for drum overheads.
Guitar settings were everything on ten, bridge pickup of course. Harmony guitars found the amp set at presence 3, bass 3, middle 7, treble 6, Volume I 8.5, Volume II at 4, plugged into the Channel I high input only (no jumper.) The second part of the track got a bump in the presence to 5.5-6, and Volume I on 10, everything else was the same (mic placement changed thanks to my son Jakey.)

Second clip was the same guitar, same cab mic'ed but the 57 was back about a foot because I wasn't capturing any highs up close.........Super PA settings were presence 6.5, bass 2.5, mids 8, treble 6.5, Normal Vol.1 on 10, all three other volumes on 5 to cut down on highs bleeding into the other channels....no jumpering though. That amp had Brimar ECC83's in V1 and V2, Telefunkens in V3 and V4, the new Tung-Sol KT66's at about 525VDC on the plates, again at about 28-29mA. Marstran 1202-84 clone output tranny, and the Marstran 20H RS clone choke, power tranny is George's Metro 1204-43 clone. George custom made the boards, I loaded them with NOS carbon comps all around and NOS Mustards; BC electrolytics, PEC pots. The clip does not do the sound of this amp justice though.

6th & 12th solo - 80s Ibanez RG470 with a SD JB in the bridge position...running through a *cough*Johnson J-station amp modeler*cough*...some kind of "plexi" settings I dialed in...bit of dly, verb, and compression.

14th solo - same basic j-station patch with a slow phase added. Stock Les Paul Standard this time.

The 6th solo is basically an early bad take of me trying to get the 14th solo down. I had given up on it because I wasn't feeling it so submitted the 12th solo as the "real" one. When Jerry asked me to do another one, I did the 14th solo...in like 10 minutes....I guess it's true what they say...if it's not happening, take a break and come back to it.

Anyways, great jamming with everyone. I'm up for another one...blues are fine with me. This time I'll actually use an amp.

Awesome!! Sweet playing guys.

I was gonna ask who that wah tone was. Great stuff.

Mine was My LP into my '67 with NOS Mullards through my '70 slant with G12H's.

I think I mic'ed it with my Royer going through a Neve clone preamp.
