Ahh, the closeup at 1:22 made me feel just about like I was there. Thanks for sharing (the whole) video with those of us so far away. Every year these come and go and I just think... "One year..."

Yep looked like fun. That kid'll grow into that full stack. Had to smile with him standing in front of it with his thumbs up :D

The "Harley"-colored thing was Curt's JTM45 that he built for his son. It was a cool orange and black half stack, looked awesome.

The oversize pinstripe stack was so sweet sounding. And unbelievably loud!

After watching all the photos and video from the NY amp show I really bewail being so far away here in Germany and not have been there  Seems that's been a very relaxed ambience and familiar together there.

Let's see, maybe I'll get the opportunity of being there in a year or two, coming over the pond with two amp heads in the baggage and hoping, that George and/or Jim will loan me speaker cabs for the two days of the amp show :D

It is very casual. And some of the most fun is the hanging out Friday night and Saturday after the show. Usually til the wee hours of the morning.

Just get yourself here Larry, and I'll see to it that you get whatever you need.

Exactly that's been my impression by watching the photos and video.

Woo-hoo, that's a great offer, George! :D
Very appreciated - and thanks a lot in advance!

Yes, I'm seriously thinking about, to make it real in a year or at least in two!
Only to meet all the nice guys in person which I only know from the forums yet would be worth it...
... and having my amps there once is an exciting thought!

i had this all setup.........May 9th trip to the NY amp show.......Metro, find out which amp is for me.
Had this all in mind since the last one.
I was to make the trip, and get some good things done.
Well,
I didn't happen.
I got a call a week prior to work that day at a wedding,
being a freelance photo assistant, and that work has REALLY slowed almost halted for the past months......
It came down to this.....make $150 by working, not spend $200.00 on gas going to the show.....plus other expenses,
put's me closer to getting to build.

I hope to make it next year, and am glad to see in the vids that again this looks to have been a stellar time.
......saving for my 1st build, may save me.
Go and have a bite........
