This is why members need their own photo hosting accounts, and you need to stop hosting any pics. The files/pics/diagrams can have imbedded trojan horses/malware that you don't know about until they're unzipped/unpacked and expanded.
George, you can't host files for members, it's site suicide.

There may be continued downtime and/or locked sections while we scan the database. Any files discovered to be corrupt or suspect will be deleted. If you find threads that are missing uploads, they were likely lost in this crisis. Uploads will no longer be allowed on the forum, so we'll try to link to the info whenever possible.
The wiki is also no longer open for uploads. I'm leaving it up for now, strictly as an archive. But will have to find a safer solution for hosting that data sooner than later.

I've seen a few threads are locked...I would imagine you are still working on these and they'll probably be open when you migrate to another server. The threads that I had posted in that are locked do contain video and audio clips and jpegs of TAB and other pictures. I've always used Imageshack to host the images that I post, so I hope that is still a good site to use?

Expect some random downtime over the next week. We will be activating the new server soon. If I get an exact date and time for the change I'll post in advance.
When we are back up everything should be faster and more secure. If the forum needs additional modules installed, like for posting images that are hosted offsite and so on, we'll get those installed also.
