All sounds good, but tell me, when they'd be available from you!

If you leave the tone control on 10, will the cap have any effect at all?

Guitar tone control pots only offer 250k or 500k resistance. The tone caps effect is small at full tone but its still there.

Do you think I would notice a difference if there wasn't a tone pot at all? As I leave my tone pot on 10 all of the time.

You very well might notice the extra cut and brighter sound without the tone controls -- I left my guitars with the tone pots disconnected for years.

I noticed while watching Jason Lollar's you tube vids for installation of his P90s that he uses Sozo caps for the harness replacement in an SG standard, for what it's worth.

Ordered a couple of these and will try them soon in a 1974 LP55 (Reissue of 1955 LP Special).

Cheap ceramic discs......IMO the capacitance in your cable will have more impact.......If it sounds good why mess with it. For minimal tone coloring I'd go with the Auricap or an OD........mine sound good with the cheap disc, so I'll focus more on what I can do with my hands onthe guitar.......I'd never use an electrolitic.......why use a part that will go bad in a few years? When you don't have to.
