I noticed while watching Jason Lollar's you tube vids for installation of his P90s that he uses Sozo caps for the harness replacement in an SG standard, for what it's worth.
Ordered a couple of these and will try them soon in a 1974 LP55 (Reissue of 1955 LP Special).

Cheap ceramic discs......IMO the capacitance in your cable will have more impact.......If it sounds good why mess with it. For minimal tone coloring I'd go with the Auricap or an OD........mine sound good with the cheap disc, so I'll focus more on what I can do with my hands onthe guitar.......I'd never use an electrolitic.......why use a part that will go bad in a few years? When you don't have to.
