Hi everybody...I finally bought a real marshall ... a nice 1983 JCM800 2203 ..a beast!.
I went home , opened it and ...ta daaa! ..transformers are not the Dagnall I was hoping for....
The sound is good , it has huge bass and dynamics but ... i went for a 1983 ' s one to enjoy the nice good 'ol ' transformers... also thinking for a future value on resale. Only the choke has a sign on it ( it's a classic drake choke )
The amp was modded in the past and resetted to the original specs before sale. I read 475 volts at plates!
I taken some quick pictures , i'm asking for help because i'm not able to understand what kind of PT and OT are these big iron ... surely some people here with high skill knows something more than me..
