How do you wire a PT-290-50 HT-6179-50 9961433 Power Transformer?

A customer is commissioning me to build a "Brown Note Lite 18/36" amplifier. I guess the owner of Brown Note didn't want to build it himself anymore, or maybe the customer is looking for cheap local help (lol), so somehow I ended up with the job. the customer claims that Brown Note has fallen off the face of The Earth. The thing is, there are NO instructions...just boxes and bags of parts, along with a chassis, Brown Note nameplates, and an "Iron Sounds Amplification" effects loop. No big deal , but I want to make sure that I wire in the mystery power transformer properly.

The sticker on the side of the power transformer reads;
PT-290-50
HT-6179-50
9961433

The wire colors from the power transformer are;
(side facing rear of amp)
YEL
YEL/WHT
WHT
RED
RED/YEL
RED
(side facing front of amp)
BLK/RED
BLK/WHT
BLK
GRN
GRN/YEL
GRN

Can anyone identify those transformer numbers and direct me to the proper wiring diagram? Is the WHT wire for "neutral"? Which BLK wire is for 120 volts?

Sincerely,

Rick
