all I can tell is that it's a 3 piece, looks like a mahogany :what:
Maybe you should check out the KnE guitars for bodies, Mitch is a great guy and a member here...

It DOES look like an Ibanez (or some sort of copy of an Ibanez) with that offset neck pocket. I'd make sure whether the bridge route location is for a 22 or a 24 fret neck... if its for a 24 fret neck (like most Ibanez's) it might not intonate if you used a 22 fret neck.

it's not a Washburn (just checked their site, nothing that looks close to it)

Actually, i found out that the warehouse GFS bought included a bunch of J&D stuff (J & D Bros./Luthiers) and i think i narrowed it down to this model

Both look to be carved tops, although the one in the link looks like a quilt top and bare wood one obviously isnt.

And no I still havent bought it, but later today GFS will do their black friday specials so there's gonna be a discount, so im glad i waited a bit longer.

Its similar to the old Ibanez Sabers. Not to be confused with the Buffalo Sabers.

Discount eh?

Jut looked it up, it kinda does look like a Saber, though the top rout for the jack is missing.
I think that unfinished body isnt even for a floyd (which is what I plan to use ) you hardly see any top mount floyd bodies unless it's a Charvel and that's no Charvel body. I have no problem plugging and redrilling for a floyd though.

as far as the specials, check after 6pm ET
