I ended up using Raw Vintage saddles on one of my strats

When I get a little more expendable income, I'll purchase one or more sets of KTS Titanium strat saddles

After having a titanium trem block installed on my Floyd, and installing a titanium Compton Compensated bridge on my Gretsch G6120 Brian Setzer guitar, I'm sold on titanium as a guitar hardware metal. It's amazing what titanium can do for any guitar's sound.

I always thought about putting grooves in my Fender trem. I didn't know you could get them that way. Makes sense though.

I love the clarity, string separation, and sustain that I get when using titanium.

Highwood Guitar Saddles

Highwood Guitar Saddles

:!: Highwood has announced that they will not be offering a groove-less saddle despite numerous inquiries of customers requesting sets. They stated they have too much invested in their R&D to change.
IMO This sounds like a fail to a seemingly quality product. With manufacturers offering different spacings on their saddles, and necks having different nut sizes, there will be issues with the Highwood Guitar Saddles in that both high & low E string could be riding the edge of the fretboard thus falling off while you are playing. You will not be able to custom set a desired spacing.
I'll try a set when they offer without the notch... YMMV
An excellent product; made more for upgrading traditional Fender spec. IIRC Highwood makes 2 models.
