No Signal from Channel II

Hi All,
I just finished a 50w kit from valvestorm. I added the Rich Mod PPIMV (works great) and a switchable cascaded gain mod on the volume II pot. I went with a Granger Kit (not blaming them, i'm 100% sure this is me missing something). I'm attaching the layout I sketched up of what i'm currently using. I get no signal from the normal channel on either input, with the pot in or out. Everything else works fine and biased up just fine. This is my first ever attempt at building an amp so i'm honestly surprised it went this smoothly haha.
