impedance selector switch 100 watt

Post by dast » Fri Mar 02, 2007 9:17 pm

can anyone give me the pin numbers for the selector switch?
I think it's
1: black
2: yellow and purple
middle: green

it looks like middle also goes to an output jack, as does the brown lead from the output txfmr.

Is this correct? And where does the purple wire go to? The presence knob?

thanks so much,
Dave

ok, so I think I figured out my layout question using the continuity tester on my multimeter. I think my layout above was correct. Still, can anyone verify that the purple wire (negative feedback) goes from the 8 ohm tap (or any of them) to the presence knob?

which terminal on the presence knob?

thanks,
Dave

the purple wire from the 8 ohm tap goes to the feedback resistor on the board.
from the feedback resistor a purple wire the presense pot.

note: in thsi picture my feedback is right on the speaker jack but you can see how the presense is wired.

thanks,
I get it now. This is my first build that's not a tweed fender, so there have been some differences!
