Problems with my latest 69 Plexi build

Just finished this build and I'm getting high voltage readings at pins 1,2,3,6,7 and 8 of V3 pin1= 373, pin 2=230, pin 3=295 , pin6=370, pin7=236, pin8=295. What would be the cause of this? I have checked and double checked all resistor values. Any ideas?

Ground your cathode resistors and caps!

You probably have that same high DC voltage at the input jacks right now, be careful!

Check for high voltage on the other side of your cathode resistors for V1. They're almost certainly not grounded.
