Very Low volume problem

I used the metro amp superlead drop in board to rebuild a 90s superlead reissue. I also switched it to a superbass and switched it to kt88s. It sort of works but the volume is about as loud as a tv set half way turned up. Its not the 470ohm 470k mixup. Here is a link to some high res photos. I know the wiring is not the best, this is the first tube amp I have worked on and I should have picked a simpler project.

did I post this to the wrong section of the forum? should it have gone in the Marshall section, it seems that this section is dead. Can I move the post? thanks
