but Yngwie has a tendency to throw in lots of extra notes,cause he can!
i love the scene in "amadeus" where the ruler tells him he has too many notes, & that he should drop some of them. he asks which ones he should drop! hehe (i love that flick) & that brings to mind steve morse' "tumeni notes" no seriously, i have always been one to admire artists as they gained great experience (aged) & believed that generally they "improved". maybe i just like to follow this concept as i age myself! ha. & as far as proficiency, i enjoy watching elderly guys like allan holdsworth struggle with a guitar.

analogmike is the VG of pedals, really. Althought you can't really compare anyone to VG....I am still using his silver TS-9 w/NOS JRC chip
