If you read through the posts there are alot of people asking about George's amp and the response of the day was:

You saw these pics right?

I got to the show early and was actually the first guy to visit the Metro room...nothing like cranking a JTM100 stock before 10am. My friend actually had a room above George's and he had just gone to bed at 6am after a night with a '68 SG and a bottle of Bombay that another friend from out of town had. We've nick-named George's JTM "The alarm clock"...he knew it was me with the loud zep riffs.
All George's amps sounded killer but I think I really gravitated towards the JTM100 for some reason. I was typing a post to the forum on his laptop in the backroom and someone was cranking "Unchained" through the 12xxx series...it WAS the tone. I don't think any of the recorded clips on the forum can even compare to the live sound. The show was cool...me and some friends got to hang with George here and there throughout the day. I should've snapped a pic of him playing the AC15 in the Marshall/Vox room.

Yes everyone is after the art deco type look of the cabs,Watkin's amps in England lead the way with their unique early efforts.
In the late fifties that was.
