PTP circuit board kit guide?
I know the PTP boards are no longer sold, but was there ever an installation guide for them, much as there is/was for the full amp kits?

No, but it should be pretty simple using the full amp kit instructions. There's not a great deal left in the amp to check on, once the board/jacks/pots assy is removed from the tube sockets, and you should be able to figure it out easy enough. But there's usually always help available.
