FX Loop instructions

Would any of you good people be willing to share the Zero Loss FX Loop install instructions with me please? I'm emailed Metroamp, but guess it may be quicker for one of you guys to help out? Ordered one a couple of weeks ago and it arrived yesterday.

Thanks a lot Neil. I got sorted yesterday. Turns out the link is fine, it was just that i was trying to view from work and the firewall sends dropbox link to a dead page!
I did notice that you have to change the end of the link URL from DL-0 to DL-1, to actually download the PDF. Otherwise you can only view/save as a webpage. Metro said they'd take a look at that.
