Hi guys,
I would like to implement star grounding in a 2203, to make it as quiet as possible. An article by Randall Aiken suggests that the secondary CT of the PT will make a good central grounding point.
Now I see that on my Marshall this is connected between the two mains filter caps, and not to ground.
Can I move the PT CT wire to a ground lug or will things go bang then?

No you can't ground that wire. Are those mains filter caps in series by any chance? With the PT CT connected to positive on one and negative on the other?
