thanks! that 335 is an Artcore series - I'm not sure what's in it - but it has always sounded very good to my ears - i haven't touched that guitar as far as modifications or anything - it sounded and felt great in the store and has been an excellent guitar for me - $250!!
looked it up:
Ibanez Artcore AS73
ACH2 humbucker
hard to find info on the ACH2 - it's made by a company called Artec. ACH stands for Artec Custom Humbucker.
I found one reference which said they are impedance of 17k! bwowza! still looking for the magnet spec.
hmmm... not very much info on the net about it - sent an email to Artec - see what they say...
