Friedman modded '74

Post by tonepilgrim » Sun May 22, 2011 12:34 pm

Hey guys,

Since my music gig is kind of a power pop band, I don't get to let it rip very often so this was alot of fun. This is a '74 Superbass Dave modded with the KS including a Sat switch with the JBE voicing. In testing it out, it seemed appropriate to take a shot at a classic AIC song. Signal chain is guitar straight in, 1x12 scumback stuck in a closet, sm57, apogee. Got the backing track off the interwebs. Just want to give Dave props for this amp and hope I do it justice.

Thanks man. I'm probably not doing the amp justice. That little scumback was crying for mercy on this clip..probably need to back off the volume next time around.
