I'm gonna go check out the answer in a mo, but first I'll make my guess.
"A" is more articulate, defined and has that long sustaining 'Growl' reminicent of EVH Mean Streets (you all know that long open G chord).
"B" is 'woolier', but fatter and warmer.
It's almost as though you've got the same head but put one through V30 speakers and the other through GT-75's !
I prefer "A", for it's note articulation. I think 'B' is the real deal and 'A' is the clone.
