Also, you have a different resistor and cap in the tone stack, which makes it a little less in-your-face. I had my 45/100 side by side with a 100JH. I wouldn't say there was any volume difference to speak of, but the 100JH was a little spikier and punchier in the upper highs (but nowhere as creamy as my 45/100). I'm running GECs @ 560V though, 1k screen resistors.
