1202-84 with EL34s

Post by rip » Mon May 22, 2017 4:02 pm

I searched but did not find a definitive answer if you can run a stock JTM 45/100 (1202-84 and 1204-43 [lower secondary ~500v B+]) with EL34s.

Trying to figure out if this is just a bias change or do you have to use a different OT tap too.

Any help is much appreciated
Thanks

Thanks, I saw that post but didn't see a definite answer to whether or not it is solely a bias tweak and/or a impedance change was needed too.
