I think you guys are taking this all too seriously. I have no idea whether Jimi would or wouldn't be doing this himself if he were alive. Janie has the right so more power to her. Her brother doesn't and he is responsible for the Vodka deal which she is trying to stop.

But this can all be a lot of fun if you let it. The Hendrix Fuzz is getting good reviews from users as is the Octavio so at least they are trying. And Jimi string, picks, matches, playing cards etc....these things have been done by celebrities for years. Jimi is a super hero a mythical creature celebrated in tale and song. I don't see any harm done by allowing people to collect Jimi trinkets.
