So when we think BOG pedal order we automatically think wah->octavia->fuzz->uni vibe due to the well known photo of jimi with his guitar between his legs and all pedals in front of him.
Apparently he switched things around during the shows.
In the image it is clearly visible that the octavia comes first. I believe it is from the 2nd show on the 31st.

Sorry I would have loved to upload the image but there is always a error popping up. Oh and sorry for the long Google link hope it works but this has a better resolution than the actual page it is on.

I haven't had time to listen to the recordings with that in mind.
Anyway I find it to be a very interesting fact.
