Cell phone interference

Getting some bad cell phone interference with a plexi build.
I originally had a little interference whenever a call would come in on my cell phone.
Now it is very loud and annoying, blip blip blip, breeeeeeeeeee, hummmmmmmmmm.
The main difference is new aluminum shielding added to the bottom of the amp head and am wondering if that could be adding to the problem.

I never noticed this at home in the workshop where I build my amps. Not once.
I have the amp home now and can't seem to get any interference, even with the phone on top of the amp(internet searches, updating email account does nothing).

Next is check the cables but they seem fine as long as the phone is switched off.

Maybe it's the location?

I have not experienced this myself but I have read numerous times where people mention that their cell phones will cause noise issues.
